Good to know
What's the difference between plans?
Nothing except the length of the subscription. Every plan — 1, 2, 3, or 4 years — gives you identical access to every desktop overlay and every part of the web portal, for as long as your subscription term runs.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes. Each plan automatically renews for the same length and at the price then in effect at the end of its term, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page inside the web portal — cancelling stops future renewals and does not affect your access for the remainder of the term you've already paid for.
Who processes payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What about VAT / sales tax?
Prices shown above are indicative. Depending on your country of residence, applicable VAT or other consumption tax may be added at checkout by Paddle. The final price, including any tax, is always shown before you complete your purchase.
