Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

At SFF, we believe in the safety and protection of children online. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, and any content or behavior that sexualizes or harms minors.

What This Means

For the purposes of these standards:

• Child refers to any individual under the age of 18.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) includes any visual, audio, textual or other content that depicts or describes sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to the sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or grooming of children for sexual purposes.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

SFF does not allow:

• Any CSAM or CSAE content or links pointing to such material.
• Communication or behavior that seeks to solicit, exploit, or groom minors.
• Use of our application to find, promote, or distribute exploitative content or activities involving minors.

Scope

The standards apply to all use of the SFF application, including search queries and interactions. Although SFF is a metasearch engine and does not host third-party content, we do not permit our services to be used to discover, facilitate, or distribute CSAE or CSAM.

Enforcement and Response

If we become aware of a potential CSAE violation, we may:

• Remove or block access to the relevant content or search results.
• Suspend or terminate user access associated with the violation.
• Report suspected CSAE or CSAM to law enforcement or appropriate authorities as required by law.

We may update these standards from time to time. Continued use of the SFF application after changes signifies acceptance of the updated standards.
